These terms cover use of this website. Each project also gets its own written agreement with the details, price and timeline.
Consultations
The first consultation is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything.
Quotes and payments
There are no fixed prices on this site. Each project's price and payment schedule are agreed in writing after the consultation, and both are negotiable. Projects usually start with a deposit. After that, you can pay in monthly installments until the project is complete, or pay the remaining balance at launch. Maryland sales tax is added where required.

Your files
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final designs and files made for you. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Tools
I use professional design and development software, including digital and AI-assisted tools where they help. All work is reviewed and finished by me.
